Although the location was decent, the ten-minute walk to the nearest Metro station can be inconvenient at times.

I had a Superior Double Room for 13 nights. The bed was super comfy, which was a big plus for me. The room was clean, and hot water was always available. It did have a few issues, but the staff offered to move me to a different room, which was nice. The breakfast was decent. although not much variety, it had the essentials. The only downside was that the room didn't have a safebox and the noise from the street could be annoying at times.

The hotel staff welcomed us warmly, and we loved the 24/7 tea and coffee service. We visited the Convention Centre Plaza Mayor, only 1.5 km away, and had a fantastic time enjoying recreational facilities, including massages. The area felt safe and lively, especially at night.
The room we had didn't have a safebox, which was a bit inconvenient for us.
